TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions stated.
USAGE
∘ All of my works are digital and no physical items will be shipped
∘ Regular and sketch commissions is only for personal/private use and not to be used for profit
∘ Live2d commissions can be used for commercial or personal purposes
∘ Please don't edit, copy and trace my work without permission/credits.
∘ Please notify me when you're not comfortable with me posting the artwork you commissioned
∘ Credit © arisenchi when showcasing my art
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
∘ You must be at least 18 years old or older to commission me
∘ Payment must be sent through PAYPAL before I start with your commission
∘ If payment has not been sent within 2 DAYS of me sending an invoice, I will not accept your commission.
∘ Once payment is sent, please take note refunds can be discussed. (more info below!)
PROCESS
∘ PAYMENT METHOD: Only Paypal
∘ Fill and send me the form either through** twitter DMs or dA notes**
∘ I will send an invoice to your paypal email.
∘ Once payment is sent, I will return to you with a draft.
∘ Once the draft is approved, I will finish up the commission which can take up to a week - 2 months to finish.
∘ Deadlines can be discussed but please take note that rushed orders will cost more.
∘ You can request for further WIPs to see the progress of your commission.
∘ I will send you the final commission piece through where you have contacted or via email if preferred.
∘ I don't allow paypal disbutes or chargebacks. Refunds can be discussed.
FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS (does not apply to Live2d commissions)
◦100% can be refunded if I haven't sent a rough draft in month after I have accepted your payment
◦60% can be refunded in the draft phase [after I have sent the draft]
◦I will not accept any refunds after the draft has been accepted.
◦If I haven't sent the commissioned piece in 3 months - a year, I will refund depending on the amount of work I have done.Colored Draft: 40%

No work done: 100%IMPORTANT NOTE ON REFUNDS: If there was no fault on my side (ex. late submissions or not meeting deadlines) and you simply want to cancel the order, please note I may less likely accept another commission request from you.
FOR LIVE2D COMMISSIONS
◦100% of the first half of the total price can be refunded if I haven't sent a rough draft in a month after I have accepted your payment
◦60% of the first half of the total price can be refunded in the draft phase [after I have sent the draft]
◦I will not accept any refunds after the draft has been accepted.
◦If I haven't sent the commissioned piece in 5 months - a year, I can send a refund depending on the amount of work I have done.
FOR SKETCH COMMISSIONS
◦100% can be refunded if I haven't sent it for over 3 months
◦20% of the total price can be refunded if there's no color yet.
◦In general, I can send a refund depending on the amount of work I have done.

Depending on the complexity of your character, props you want included (weapons, pets, etc.) and the background desired, the price may increase so the prices displayed are just the base.

BUST UP MODEL (Half of Half Body Model) - 200 USD (Base Price)
+$30 Base Price for Model Design
HALF BODY MODEL (Thigh up) - 400 USD (Base Price)
+$60 Base Price for Model Design
- this applies if there is no character reference and you want me to design the character
- price may increase depending on the complexity
- Please take note I don't accept descriptions or rough drafts of designs
FULL BODY MODEL - 800 USD (Base Price)
+$80 Base Price for Model Design
IMPORTANT NOTES
A character illustration with all layers separated to be ready for Live2d rigging. (You will receive a .psd file)NOTE: For the character to move, you need a Live2d animator/rigger to rig it for you.
PROCESS
- The first half of the total price must be sent first before I start designing or start with the rough draft of the model.
- After sending the payment, a rough draft will be sent within two-three weeks.
- After the draft has been approved the second half of the payment must be sent before I start.
- I will send a rough draft with the parts all separated so you can check or your rigger can check if the parts are separated the way you want them to be so edits can be made early on.
- If there are no issues with the part separation, I will proceed with cleaning up and finalize the final model.
NOTE: The model may take 1-2 months to finish (may also depend on the complexity of the design)
